He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lynn Melching Foster; his daughter Lisa Cain (Jim); his nephew Johnny Glover; and his nieces, June Vaughn, Louise Glover Hall and April Durling. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
