She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Hub" Carlisle of Dayton; her sons, Boyce V. Carlisle (Marilyn) of Baytown and Aaron L. Carlisle of Dayton; and her grandchildren, Aaron Scott, Christopher, Micah, Jason Carlisle and Jennifer Kovalcik. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
