She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mizell and Mercer Gould Mizell; her sons, Joseph Poole Jr. and Jeffery Poole; her brother Thomas Mizell Jr.; and her grandson Chaun Poole.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Poole Sr.; her children, Paul Poole (Susan), Brenda Guilliams (Terry) and Timothy Poole (Teri); her siblings, Jimmy Mizell (Bonnie) and Janie Carswell (Ken); and her caregiver Margaret Land. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren; her 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Methodist (106 S Cleveland St, Dayton, TX 77535). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
