He is survived by: his spouse Gail Quinters Cotten; his children, Jonathan Cotten (Kandace Alexander) of Montgomery, Texas, Chad Cotten of Magnolia, Texas, Caitlin Cotten Verret (Jeffrey) of Spring, Texas and Jennifer Wheelahan Van Pelt (James) of Metairie, Louisiana.; his sisters, Cheri Cotten Buchler (Conrad) of Metairie and Carolyn Cotten Simmons (Rodney) of Conroe, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Kason Cotten, Blake Cotten and Jack Verret. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jesse Faye Fields Chapel (7908 Rankin Rd, Humble, TX 77396).
