She was predeceased by: her daughter Addisyn Martin; her grandfathers, Harry Hamilton and Ned Webb; and her cousin Marcus Hamilton. She is survived by: her parents, Neil Blank and Debbie Blank; her grandparents, Phyllis Hamilton, Sherry Webb, Bobby and Joann Broyles; her children, Kynslee, Blakely Martin and Easton Martin; and her siblings, Heather Broyles, Deborah McLawchlin (Brett), Melinda Jenkins (Trevor) and BJ Broyles. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
