She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Richard Boone and Mildred Elizabeth Mayfield Boone; and her husband Mervyn Huey Collins, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Mervyn "Sput" Collins, Jr. (Lisa), Chad Collins (Tracy), Beth Kratovil (Dennis) and Bekie Macklin (Danny); her siblings, Helen Boone Dewey, Daniel R. Boone, Jr. and Jerry Boone; her grandchildren, Sarah Ann West, Trent, Dustin Wayne Collins, Michelle, Austin Boone Collins, Shelby, Leah Deann Iler, Stuart, Chad "Scooter" Collins, Jr., Kacie, Nikki Collins, Megan, Cameron Collins, Faith, Bret Parrish, Ashli Smith, Ron, D. J. Kratovil, Heather, Steele Daniel Macklin, Chance Cade Macklin and Dillon Ty Macklin; and her great grandchildren, Triniti West, Tegan West, Preston Collins, Kamdyn Collins, Kaeson Collins, Korbin Collins, Ivy Iler, Kaitlyn Collins, Kinsley Collins, Landen Covert, Riley Covert, Abbi Rose Smith, Jace Jonah Smith, Nicholas Smith, Megan Smith, Kreece Kratovil and Scarlett Kratovil. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
