He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Parkinson and Mary Murphy Parkinson; his wife Thelma Parkinson; his children, Christine Sanders and John Douzat (Melissa); and his sister Maureen Lopez (Ray). He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
