Smith-Hazell (Dominic); his grandchildren, Tayriel, Tori, Maci, Gabrielle, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Kayla (Josh, Austin) and Noah; and his cousins, Sharon, Brenda Collins, Bobby, Kristen Rich, Jaenique, Shae Jefferson, Shelby and Roland Matthews. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
