She was predeceased by: her parents, Leopold "Paul" Montes and Ruthie Montes; and her brother Robert Paul Montes. She is survived by: her husband James M. "Jim" Kubeczka; her children, James M. "Jimmy" Kubeczka II (Pamela) and Nicole Kubeczka Day (Josh); and her grandchildren, Hannah Danielle Kubeczka Adams (Christian) and Jaxon Ryder Kubeczka Day. She is also survived by brother and sister in laws, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
