He is survived by: his wife Sandy Green Proctor of Dayton; his daughter Emily Christine Proctor Mullins (Robert) of Humble; his siblings, Christine Herndon (Rick) and Ronnie Proctor (Sandy); and his mother-in-law Dora Mae Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
