She is survived by: her sons, Shelton Paul Cook (Carol) of Spring and Marcus Cook (Mandy) of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Shelton Nicolas Cook, Isaac Cook (Jessica), Sara-Ann Cook, Ciara Cook, Zachary Cook, Jackson Cook and Emma Cook; and her great grandchild Olivia Mae Nunn.
