He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Pinkney McManus and Emma Jane Gandy McManus; his siblings, Marshall McManus, John William Pinkney, Wanda Boles and Nora Jane Boles; and his granddaughter Krystyna McManus.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy McManus of Dayton, Texas; his son John D. McManus (Elizabeth) of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Kaylie McManus of Dayton and Joshua McManus of Dayton, Texas. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
