It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ada Marie Villadsen of Dayton, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lesser and Pauline Mary McDaniel Lesser; and her siblings, Walter, Debbie and Ginny.

She is survived by: her children, Ashley Shafer (Greg Hager) of Dayton and Cody Pigott (Tina) of Baytown; her grandchildren, Hasten, Hannah, Paige, Christian, Austin, Carson and Chandlier; and her sister Paula Knight-Wornell (Lee) of Lumberton. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

“My mom was my best friend and so full of life. I will miss her more than I can say and my heart is broken. I will miss her joy and laughter as well as her love. She was a wonderful mother and the best grandma. Though we will heal as a family a piece of us will be missing but we know that she is dancing with Jesus.”
