He was predeceased by : his parents, James Harvey and Lynelle Woodall (Freeland); and his sister Dianne Taylor (Woodall). He is survived by : his wife Debye Woodall (Kerby) of Dawson; his children, Justin Woodall (Tracy) of Dawson and Brandi Williams (Jeremy) of Dawson; his grandchildren, Reagan McCurlie (Bob), Payton Ferguson (Mason), Beau Woodall, Cooper Williams, Cain Williams and Ella Williams; his great grandchildren, Hadleigh McCurlie, Luke McCurlie and Haisley Ferguson; his sister Arlene Hawkins of Mexia; his sister-in-law Nancy Baldwin (Kerby); and his nieces and nephews, Molli Montgomery and Kerby Montgomery. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and other extended family.

The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the charity of one's choice.
