He was predeceased by: his parents, John Freeland and Mary Freeland. He is survived by: his children, Candace Slayden (Travis Slayden) of Carrollton, Liz Freeland (Reza Eskandari) of Ponder and Joe Freeland of Plano; his grandchildren, Alex, Thomas Eskandari of Ponder, Brooke and Nolan Slayden of Carrollton; and his brother Jackie Freeland (Terri Freeland) of Dawson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
