With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie Dawson (Dawson, Texas), born in Kirvin, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his stepfather John W. Walthall; his son-in-law Johnny Chapman; his brother Edward Robinson; and also, Jimmie Elizabeth Robinson and Thomas Dawson.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Chapman; his grandchildren, Justin, Christy Chapman, Holly and Tiger Galbreath; and his great grandchildren, Rhen, Avery and Claire.
