He was predeceased by: his father Leon Konieczny; his parents-in-law, Hortense and George Rhodes; his grandparents, Martha, Richard Bednar, Leona and Ike Konieczny; and his godmother Patsy Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Frances Konieczny (Bednar); his wife Dawn Rhodes; his daughter Brooke Konieczny; his sister Tracy Mikolajchak (Keith); his siblings-in-law, Marla and Jeff Maitland; his nieces, Katie, Kenley Mikolajchak, Brianna and Arabella Maitland; his godparents, Clara Quinn Derrick and George Konieczny; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
