He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelley Butler and Lois Butler (Pace). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Amanda Butler, Niki Schoenhals (Ashley, Katie Cantu), Kade Butler (Sarah) and Kassidy Baker (Casey); his grandchildren, Payton, Savanna, Cooper Schoenhals, Audie, Julie Butler, Danah, Samuel Cantu and Allie Baker; and his siblings, Brenda Hill (Lane) and John Butler (Dorothy).
