He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucinda Johnson and Grover Johnson; his wife Lou Anne; his siblings, Hugh, Woodrow, Wilbur, Bob, Shella, Eleanor and Pauline; and his granddaughter Anna Collar.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Trenfield (Steve) of Amarillo, Cathy Collar (Randy) of Darrouzett and Christina Laurie (Lance) of Booker; his grandchildren, Aaron Trenfield (Shannon), Brandy Walker (Jim), Tracy Trenfield, Jennifer McMurrain (Mike), Bryce Trenfield and Kinsey Laurie; his great grandchildren, Graham, Cyna Trenfield, Annaley and Noah McMurrain; and his sister Bettye Starling of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
