It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Joe Gibson of Danbury, Texas, born in Freeport, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Gibson and Irader Gibson (Odgen); and his sister Beth. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Brast; his daughter Chandra; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Jaydon, Elise, Brynlee, Avery and Mira.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
