He is survived by: his former wife Shauna Phillips-Carrigan; his children, Eloy, Joaquin Phillips and Madysun Carrigan; his siblings, Bob Ennis, Douglas Carrigan, Susan Ennis and Laura Carrigan; his parents-in-law, Jim Phillips and Sherry Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Josh Phillips and Ebony Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
