He is survived by: his children, Dale "Red" Filipp of Danbury, Renee Ryan (Earl) of Danbury and Jimmy Filipp, Jr.; his wife Marsha of Houston; his grandchildren, Chris Ryan, Rachel Osborn, Jeffrey Ryan, Kimberlyn Stavinoha, Jacqueline Filipp, Dale Filipp, Jr. and Madelynn Filipp; and his siblings, Eugene Filipp (Barbara) of Danbury, Benjamin Filipp of Danbury, Benita Dixon of Danbury, Ellamarie Filipp of Danbury and Mary Stark of Angleton.
