He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paschetag and Byrda Elaine Paschetag; his daughter Tonya Elaine Paschetag; and his siblings, Beverly Sanchez and John Paschetag.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sanidakos-Paschetag; his children, Lauri Paschetag Braschler and Stephen Paschetag (Jennifer); his stepson Nikolas Sanidakos; and his grandchildren, Victoria Renee Braschler, Lacey Elaine Braschler, Aubrey LeAnn Paschetag, Tanner Wayne Paschetag, Tucker Wayne Paschetag, Adalyn Elayne Paschetag and Kenleigh Sanidakos.
