He is survived by: his mother Sally Hayes; his daughter Brittany Sanchez; his stepsons, Charles Miles and James Miles (Sonja Miles); his brother Andy Holzknecht; his nephew Sebastian Holzknecht; and his grandchildren, Katelynn Brockman, Alex Miles, BrookLynn Miles, Levi Miles, Grace Miles, Isabella Miles and Josephine Miles.
