It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John David Scott of Damon, Texas, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Scott and Lily Mae Scott; and his brother Donald Wayne Scott. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dennard Scott; his brothers, Jimmy Scott (Carol), Carl Scott and Walter Scott (Tracy); his children, Katie Cameron (Sean), Jonathan Scott, Farrah Baranowski (Steve) and Darrell Scott (Amy); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Cheyenne and Cody Cameron; and also, Lyla, Zephaniah, Stetson and Sterling.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Damon Fire Department, Central EMS, or Brazoria County Sheriffs Office.
