It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Joe Svoboda of Damon, Texas, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Frank Svoboda; his wife Tillie Pavlicek Svoboda; his mother Agnes Volek Svoboda; his siblings, Henry and Martha Dvorak; and his son-in-law Glen Elster.
He is survived by: his children, Arnold Frank, Evelyn Boeker (Lee), Eileen Medwedeff (David), Kathleen Lindemann (Tony), Annette Elster and Carolyn Riedel (Randy); his grandchildren, Christie Mattos (Luiz), Sharon Boeker, Paul Boeker, Jacob Elster, Jenna Ferguson (Sean) and Skyla Riedel; his stepgrandsons, Michael and Zachary Lindemann; his great grandchildren, Emmett and Warren Ferguson; his stepgreat-grandson Zane Lindemann; his sons-in-law, Lee Boeker, David Medwedeff, Tony Lindemann and Randy Riedel; and his grandson Ashton Riedel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
