He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Lantz Taylor and William Collins Taylor Jr. Bill; his children, William Collins Taylor IV, Nancy Lane Taylor and Mary Margaret Jenkins (Russell); his grandchildren, Adelaide Rosemary Jenkins and Lincoln Xavier Jenkins; and his brothers, Charles Lantz Taylor and James Daniel Taylor.
In lieu of flowers to family members, he has requested donations to be made to the Salvation Army.
