He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Mark Wingate; his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Emily and Sarah Wingate; his sister Delores Reddell (Dodie); his niece Kathy Arnold; and his nephews, Kevin Gavlak, Kris Gavlak and Tom Ben Chadwick III (Chad).
