He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harte and Ruth Harte; his brother Robert Michael Harte; his close friends, Robert Weaver and Michael McGaw; and his pet Skylar.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Hewlett (Steve) of Pasadena, CA, Jeanne Florez (Ernie) of Temecula, CA, Kathy Harte of San Diego, CA and Sue Harte (Mike Davis) of San Diego, CA; his sister-in-law Fran Harte of Palmdale, CA; his close friend Alf Dang; and his pet Grady. He is also survived by numerous loving friends who were also his family.
