We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 96, Wendell Phillips Ward Jr. (Dallas, Texas), born in Fordyce, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Wendell Ward Sr. and Mary Eva Ward; and his siblings, Fannie Mae Boswell and David. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce, Mark and Tim; his daughter-in-law Cindy; and his children, Matthew and Erin.

Memorials can be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran, the palliative care unit at the Dallas VA Medical Center, or to a charity of choice.
