He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Phillips and Willeta Phillips; and his sister Loyce Cervantes. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sisters, Eva Lynch and Dorleeta (Mark Wheelington); and his pets, Ellie and Landri.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (1725 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75061).
