With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virgie Lee Carr Walton (Dallas, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cranston Carr and Johnnie Bell Carr (Thomas); her husband Henry Walton; and her siblings, Vellia Hale, Mary Chivers, Mayola Carr and James Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tanaka Shirley and Tonya Hudson (Steven); and her grandchildren, Aubrei Scott, Caleb Fennix, Cranston Hudson and Nolan Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CurePSP Quality of Life Respite Grant, which provides direct support to those living with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), corticobasal degeneration (CBD) and multiple system atrophy (MSA).
