He is survived by: his children, Nishan Jai and Oriana Veronica Bernard; his siblings, Carlos Bernard, Carmelita Bernard, Anita Bernard and Janet Henry; his grandchildren, Jai Bernard, Zen Brian Nishan, Louis, Za'niyah Royal Hughes and Zalayz Ruby Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Kahmirah Bernard and Ishmael Bernard.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Troy Suggs Funeral Home (7623 Military Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75227).
