He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Perrine and Telena Perrine. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Perrine of Corinth; his daughters, Stacy Kabello (Edward) of Flower Mound and Laura Hurst (Payton) of Bartonville; and his grandchildren, Grayson Hurst and Emerson Hurst.
