He was predeceased by: his son Stanley Miller Frazier, Jr.; and his sisters, Martha Sue Craig and Ruthie Jean Donald. He is survived by: his wife Penny Frazier; and his children, Amber Frazier, Kevin Frazier (Bethany), Michelle Day (Chip), Chad Black (Nicole), Andrea White and James Hayes (Billie Jean). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
