He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Freed and Eva Freed; and his wife Doris Barish Freed. He is survived by: his son Billy; his daughter-in-law Cheryl of San Antonio; his grandsons, Tyler (Leslie) of Houston and Russell; and his caregiver Jean Watson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
