He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald S Page, Sr. and Mary Arden Page (Clarke). He is survived by: his wife Christy; his children, Tim and Amanda; his granddaughters, Ella, Clara and Annabel; his brother Tracy (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Kate, Courtney and Christine.
Memorial donations may be made to The Momentous Institute established by the Salesmanship Club of Dallas dedicated to innovative mental health services, education and professional training to strengthen children, families and communities.
