He is survived by: his father Kenneth Parks; his stepparents, Dena Bagwell and Calvin Ray Palmer (Gail); his siblings, Richard Palmer (Camille), Peggy Parks Kahre (Robert), Mary Clements (George Kirby), Carolyn Stroud (Danny Joe), Jenifer Cantrell and Julie Palmer; his uncles, Joe Kelley (Debbie) and Richard Conine III (Victoria); and his aunt Terry Collier (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
