She was predeceased by: her parents, Augusta Sanders and Geneva Sanders; her son James Elvin Sanders; and her siblings, Leroy Hunter Sanders (Uncle Bootie), Danny Sanders, Velma Sanders, Mary Helen Sanders, Francis Brown and Dovie Polk.
She is survived by: her daughter Geneva Sanders; her siblings, Ella Mae Sanders, Artis Faye Sanders, Augusta Sanders Jr. (Dorthy), Larry Sanders (Clara) and Robert Lee Sanders; and her grandchildren, Jaylah Kinnard, Nikaiyah Sanders, Isaiah Andrews, Elijah Andrews, Dawson and Bronc Barrett.
