We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2024, at the age of 69, Rosa Mary V. Costilla (Dallas, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Marcela Moreno; her brothers, Rudy and Steve Villarreal; and her son Jesus B. Hernandez. She is survived by: her husband Isidro Costilla; her sons, Joe Perez (Christina Salinas) and Victor Villarreal (Veronica Lara); and her siblings, Mike Villarreal and Lupe Ruiz. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
