He is survived by: his daughters, April McKenzie Patterson and Briana Strother (Wesley Strother); his stepdaughters, Joy Senkel Whitman and Alicia Senkel Ribble; and his sons, Matt McKenzie (Tonia McKenzie), Shawn Marchant and Guy Mitchell (Nancy Mitchell). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
