He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Mae and Cora Mae. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Olson of Kanawha; his children, Kyle Vandeven (John), Jeff Stevens (Stanna) and Kim Stevens; his grandchildren, Andrea Stevens, Samantha Stevens and Joshua Stevens; and his sisters, Nan Keith and Shari DeCook of Iowa.
