He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruna Valerio (Rafael Segovia) and Rafael Segovia; and his brother Cletio V. Segovia. He is survived by: his children, Maricela Segovia and Rogelio Segovia Jr.; and his brother Ismael Segovia.
