He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Bragg and Flodell C. Higgins; his brother William N. Bragg; and his wife Dorothy O. Shelby. He is survived by: his stepgrandsons, Brook, Clay and Shelby Scott; and his cousins, Julia Higgins, Joy LaForce, Sue Kinyon, Sara Kennedy, Lisa Clark and Ethan Clark.
