He is survived by: his mother Allegra Ann Richardson Jarrell; his wife Susie; his children, Benjamin Keith (Lauren) and Emily Grace (Kevin); his brothers, Craig (Cindy) and Mark (Jane); his nephews, T. J. (Tina) and Luke; his niece Sarah; and his cousins, Marilyn (Bill), Dana (Carol) and Tim.

He volunteered for several years with the American Heart Association's annual fundraiser.
