He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe N. Frazar, Jr. and Ellen Douglas Frazar; and his brother Brooks Frazar. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Diane Kuykendall (Cookie); his sons, Richard Harrison Frazar (Allison) and Kevin Donovan Frazar; his siblings, Gen, Lisa Frazar and Dr. Kathy Frazar; and his grandsons, William Harrison Frazar, Ford Frazar and Slayden Frazar.
