He is survived by: his wife Martha Cortez Gutierrez; his children, Marcus Gutierrez (Stephanie), Ariella Gutierrez and Bernadette (Rudy Cipriano Jr.); his siblings, John Gutierrez, Frank Gutierrez, Jr., Rumalda Gutierrez Ramirez and Josephina Gutierrez Johnson; and his grandchildren, Mickaela, Moriya Cipriano, Gianna and Sophia Gutierrez.
