We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2024, at the age of 83, Retha Eugene Berryhill of Dallas, Texas, born in Palestine, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frankie Mae Berryhill and Willie Berryhill; her grandson Terry Lynn "TJ" Smith Jr.; and the father of her children Alfred "Buddy" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Smith (Tami), Michael Smith (Denise), Venna Voyles (Edward) and Terry Smith (Michelle). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 Great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, two sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
