He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kerkhove and Madeline Van Kerkhove; his son Greg Van Kerkhove; and his sisters, Marie Carroll, Shirley Beyer and Virginia Van Kerkhove.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Delphine Van Kerkhove (Mehmet Cihan) and Alexis Van Kerkhove (Dale Carlton); his sister Donna Zellner (Dave); his granddaughter Angela Webber; his great grandchild Jessica Webber; and his daughter-in-law Grace Van Kerkhove.
