He is survived by: his cousin Betty Kotrla Prentice; his wife Sue Quinteros of Blue Ridge; his children, Juli Hernandez (Chris) and Eddie Quinteros of Blue Ridge; his pet Bandit; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Newberry of Nixon, Maxine Briggs of Waxahachie, Wanda Turnipseed of Dallas, Norman Turnipseed of The Colony and Dale Turnipseed of Steilacoom, WA; his half-siblings, Lydia Quinteros Castillo (Rogelio) and Arthur Quinteros (Cora); his nephews, Tony, Joseph and Frank Quinteros; his niece Marguerita Booth (Dustin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bradley of Detroit and Bentley of Detroit; and also, Jennifer Gonzalez (Sergio), Sergio, Marisa, Vanessa Gonzalez, Lisa, Delia Castillo, Makayla, Lydia, Aldo, Gabriella Rocha and Natalia Martinez. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
